Each of us offer a 15-minute free initial consultation to discuss your reasons for coming to therapy, and whether this is a good match with your preferred Psychologist's ways of working.
The cost of a 50-minute online therapy session is £120. Custom session lengths are pro-rated and agreed with your individual Psychologist.
None of us are currently in a position to offer low cost or sliding scale sessions, although this is something we would individually like to work towards.
10% of each of our sessions (£12 per session) is donated to a charity or community organisation that is meaningful to each of us.
Freya's chosen charity is Become, the national charity for children in care and young care leavers, because their values closely align with her clinical work with care‑experienced individuals. She has seen first‑hand how trauma, instability, and systemic barriers can affect young people’s emotional wellbeing and life chances. By contributing to Become, she hope to support a charity that amplifies the voices of young people who are too often unheard, helping to create a fairer and more nurturing system for them to thrive in.
Sakshi's chosen organisation is Art Against Knives (AAK). AAK is a community organisation in London, who partner with young people to address the root cause of community violence. Through the medium of creative spaces, AAK offer mentorship, training and specialist support to young people to empower them to be agents of change in their lives and communities. Sakshi had the privilege of working at AAK during her clinical training, and her time there has had a significant impact on her professional journey. It is also important to her to support grassroots organisations who understand and are embedded within the communities they serve.
